As you set up and manage the Quicksearch buttons for a profile, you may want to display some buttons at different times, such as while you are developing the button, or you can hide buttons seasonally to match rotating content. A hidden button does not show in the Searching interface, but it is still available to display at a later time.
To add or remove an email address from an individual search profile
| 1 | Log in to the Admin console. |
| 2 | Choose Profiles from the navigation pane. |
| 3 | Locate the profile in which you want to hide or display the button, then from the Select menu choose Quicksearch Buttons. |
| 4 | From an existing Quicksearch button, choose Visible. |
A check appears in the box.
Note: Newly created buttons are hidden by default.
| 5 | To hide the button, choose Visible to removed the checkmark. |
